Kamen-na-Obi disclosed the theft of the TV house.
According to the State Ministry of Interior of the Russian Federation of the Altai Territory, in early February in Kamen-na-Obi local resident born in 1988, removing the faulty padlock to the front door, got into a private house. From home intruder stole the TV cost about 5000 rubles.
During the operative-search activities suspected of stealing a man, was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department. Kidnapped TV law enforcement officers found and seized the place of residence of the detainee.
A criminal case on the grounds of an offense under paragraph “a” part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code – theft committed with illegal entry into a dwelling. Sanction of this article is punishable by imprisonment for up to 6 years.
