Since the end of February and the first week of March, the inhabitants of Primorye may temporarily lose the signal of TV and radio programs. This stems from the spring sun interference, which mutes the signal and creates interference in the broadcast.
The specialists of the branch KRTPTS seaside, in this period the Sun, a communications satellite and terrestrial repeater receiving antenna are arranged in a single line. As the Sun – a powerful source of radio, being exactly behind the communications satellite, it “suppresses” the signal of terrestrial broadcasters. During this period, the on-screen TVs Primorye may notice interference, and sometimes the signal will disappear altogether.
In Primorye, the interference will continue until March 13, the day will end interference in the broadcast of digital terrestrial television RTRS-2. Daily from around 15:40 to 16:42 possible interference or signal loss. On RTRS-1 Sun cease to influence even earlier, March 6. Channels of analog terrestrial TV and radio also will sometimes disappear. March 6 recovers broadcasting “Channel One”, “Channel 5″, “Culture”, “Russia-1″, “Russia-2″, “TV Center”, “Lighthouse” and “Radio of Russia”. A little later, on March 8, will better show “OTV-Prim”, “REN-TV”, “U», DFM, Hit FM and “Russian Radio”. March 12 the interference stops at radio “Vesti FM», and on March 13 in 2×2 channels, “Star”, NTV, “Friday” and TV3.
