In the Leningrad region grandson “ordered” 90-year-old grandmother for television and 35 thousand rubles – a REGNUM
The bodies of Investigative Committee of Russia in the Leningrad region opened a criminal case on grounds of crime under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code (murder). Grandson killed 90-year-old grandmother. On this day, February 6, BelTA IA REGNUM in the press office.
On February 4 at one of the apartment house, located in Gatchina, the body was found 90 year-old woman with obvious signs of violent death. In the course of investigation and operational-search measures on suspicion of committing the crime were arrested two local residents – 26-year-old Kirill Smirnov and the grandson of the injured 33-year-old Vadim Shukalin .
According to the investigation, had Shukalin personal hostility to his grandmother, with whom lived in an apartment in a residential building, located in Gatchina. Shukalin wanted to get rid of her grandmother, so as not to interfere with his personal life. In order to eliminate it, he agreed with his friend Smirnov murder promised to pay in the form of LCD TVs and money in the amount of 35 thousand rubles.
Together targeted killings, Shukalin went to work, and Smirnov entered the apartment, where there was a grandmother opened the door he possessed was key. The apartment Smirnov sleeping grandmother dragged into the bath, where struck several blows, and then strangled her. From his injuries the woman died at the scene. After Smirnov of the crime fled the scene, taking an LCD TV and ornaments belonging to the victim.
At present, the case made the necessary investigations aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime, the question of election detainees measures restraint.
