Employees of the Criminal Investigation OP number 5 (maintenance district “Sviyaga”) Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Ulyanovsk in the operative – investigative work detained a 24-year-old man suspected of kidnapping the TV out of the house resident Zasvijazhskij area.
During the inspection of the detainee for involvement in other crimes investigators found out that the citizen with his 21-year-old friend allegedly committed a robbery at a grocery store at the end of March 2015.
During the investigation it was found that Two intruders broke into the shop in the morning. They sprayed pepper spray in the direction of the seller and stole from the cash funds in the amount of 1,500 rubles.
The criminal case instituted on the fact of burglary and robbery. In relation to 24-year-old detainee preventive punishment in the form of arrest, the second attacker – until a court decision is under house arrest.
