On the eve of December 9, 2014, the police department asked a resident of the village of Elbow Loktevsky area. She said that she was in the hospital, but this time from her home stole a TV and a garage – a pumping station and thirty bags of wheat. The total damage – more than 20 thousand rubles. This was reported in the press service of the State Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Altai Territory.
Police detained a suspect in the theft. It proved to be a neighbor of the victim. Part of the abducted man had to sell. It turned out that he had previously repeatedly brought to criminal liability.
– A criminal case under paragraph “a” of Part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code – theft committed with illegal entry into a dwelling. For this article are punishable by imprisonment for up to six years – said in a statement.
