Police Department repeatedly began to address residents of the city. Citizens reported that an unknown man named by deception and abusing the trust received money from them. The attacker worked on a simple scheme. The man offered to citizens to buy imported TV at a tolerable price. After receiving the money as an advance payment, the seller is hiding and not communicate. With each deceived the buyer, he received 5,000 rubles. In the course of search operations officers of the Criminal Investigation found that this seller has appeared 37-year-old resident of the Kalinin district. For fraud was prosecuted. The attacker was detained in accordance with Article 91 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. An investigation is underway.
