As we expected, in honor of the 5th anniversary of the company Xiaomi presented as five exciting new products, including there was also a smart TV Xiaomi Mi TV with 55-inch screen. At first glance, the new product is very similar to the previous 49-inch TV Xiaomi. But this is only a superficial resemblance, and its stuffing significantly exceeds the capabilities of its predecessor.
In Xiaomi TV set 55-inch LCD- Display with a resolution of 3840? 2160 pixels and RGB-palette. For his performance meets the 4-core processor MStar 6A928, allowing to process video at 60 fps and supports hardware decoding of H.265 10-bit video. In addition, the user has the GPU Mali-760 MP4, 2GB of DDR3 RAM and 8 GB of internal memory.
HDMI-TV interface has been updated to version 2.0 and got the opportunity to play 4K H.265 video at 60fps. And for high-quality sound reproduction it meets 6.2-channel soundbar and wireless subwoofer all-aluminum with support for surround sound Dolby Sound (Dolby Audio).
Xiaomi Mi TV will appear in the Chinese market with a price tag of $ 805. Moreover, this amount includes as television itself, and the soundbar with subwoofer. A sale of the TV will begin April 8, 2015.
