At the end of 2014, without waiting for the TV repaired, she wrote to the seller a complaint demanding the return of money paid for the goods, but she refused, and earlier this year it went to court. Spring Sayan district court ruled to collect from the defendant to the plaintiff paid for the goods amount – 27 thousand rubles. Penalty for delay of repair – 27 thousand rubles. Penalty for violation of the requirements of the seller of the consumer on the return of the amount paid – 11.6 thousand rubles. A businessman in the appeal requested to reduce the size of penalties. But the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court found no reason to change the decision of the court of first instance and upheld it, explained court spokesman Natalya Mishanina.
