Employees of the Criminal Investigation Department detained the suspect

Police have established a suspect in the theft. They found 35-year-old unemployed local man who had previously brought to criminal liability for committing a similar crime, illegal possession of drugs and extortion, according to MOI of Russia in the Rostov region.
With regard to the detained criminal case on grounds of an offense under article of the Criminal Code “Theft”, he was taken into custody.
