But soon television haywire and broke. A woman came running in service. Having dealt with the breakdown, experts explained: the television is faulty LEP LCD panel. But they are free to fix it will not. All warranty period has expired. A repair would cost 23,000 rubles.
The customer decided not to argue with them and asked CPS Achinsk. There turned out that she was right.
– Damage occurred through the fault of the manufacturer, – the department. – In this case, the customer may demand his money back even after the warranty expired.
Nothing can be done! The representative of the manufacturer acknowledged that women’s demands are legitimate. And not to bring the case to court, returned her money for a faulty TV.
