Prosecutor Churapchinsky district utvrezhdeno indictment in a criminal case against the director of a school district accused of committing a crime under Part. 1, Art. 285 of the Criminal Code (abuse of power).

The investigation established that the fall of 2012 the school director concluded with private entrepreneur sales contract construction materials to repair the school. Budgetary funds in the account agreement were transferred to the account of the entrepreneur. However, in the preparation of building materials at the request of the school principal in respect of these

assets it sold to foreign television production, indicating a false payment documents of reference for the sale of construction materials. This TV director acquired for himself.

During the investigation, the director admitted guilt in full and make amends.

After the confirmation of the indictment by the prosecutor a criminal case to the court.
