Gusev was detained two suspects in the burglary. This Klops.Ru reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
As established by the police, the attackers broke into the apartment on the street Utegenova. Door uninvited guests opened by selection keys. The suspects stole a TV, gas cylinders and a microwave oven.
During search operations together with district police officers of the Criminal Investigation arrested the suspects.
As it turned out, the crime was committed 37-year-old resident of the district and Nesterovsky previously convicted 39-year-old local resident. With respect to detainees prosecuted on the grounds of a crime under part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code – “Theft with illegal penetration into dwelling».
Currently under investigation, the detainees are checked for involvement in the commission of other similar crimes.
