Television in Hungary is fully transferred to digital broadcasting - Journal Mediasat

In Hungary, October 31, television has been translated from analog to digital broadcasting.

Since July 31, the first phase of the transition from analog to digital broadcasting, the innovation was introduced in 14 of the 20 regions of Hungary.

Programs that are broadcast by digital terrestrial television signals, unlike analog accepted almost all over Hungary (99% of the territory).

Digital technology provides better picture quality and sound, free access to seven instead of the former three television channels, as well as a variety of convenient services for viewers.

After the cessation of analog broadcasting on November 1 Hungarian audience and receive free online access as a whole by 31 television channel digital format.
