Long TV viewing leads to male infertility. According to experts from Denmark, every day sitting in front of TV for 5 hours by one-third reduces the number of sperm, reports IA “Data”.
Specialists conducted a study with 1,200 people participated. Each of the volunteers previously had no problems of men.
The problem was the
reduced level of the male hormone – testosterone, which is essential for fertility.
As a rule, leading a sedentary lifestyle, rarely eat healthy food. All this gradually, experts say, kills sperm.
