Digital TV started working in a test mode in four locations of the Udmurt Republic.
As reported by “Arguments in Izhevsk” in the branch of the Russian television broadcasting network in Udmurtia, in test mode launched digital terrestrial television transmitters Votkinsk, Debes, Balezino and Kizner. Residents of these areas have become available 10 TV channels in digital quality : Channel One, Russia 1, Russia 2, NTV, Channel Five-Petersburg, Russia, Culture, Russia-24 , Carousel, Russian Public Television, TV Center, as well as radio channels: Vesti FM, Radio Mayak, Radio Russia.
This is the first of the five objects of digital broadcasting, which will be launched in a test mode in 2013. In general, terrestrial TV in 2013 in Udmurtia will reached 1.18 million people.
