Secondly, I believe that sending it to the chain of command, I inevitably bump into those who just took me for some unknown reasons, the decision that I ask you to cancel.
Assuming that the usual way and directed to you personally as the Minister is my letter to you will not come, and will be even on the way to your office forwarded to those who either do not dare to take a proper solution, or is involved in that decision, which I ask to review, I for the cause at the same time forced to disclose this letter available to me means. High school (faculty) TV MSU. MV University, created the GEF “Television” and working on the GEF, is still ranked among the faculties, admission to which shall be additional entrance test (exam) creative direction. That is what is commonly called a creative contest.
And suddenly, in the sixth year of existence HST MSU, by the way, is still the only TV in the faculty system of higher education in Russia, comes the decision of the Ministry, headed by you on the abolition of creative competition in the direction of preparation “Television” (Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation ? 3 from 09.01.2014g.). Guided than those who prepared such a decision, it is impossible to comprehend. But not understanding what the TV, not the destination of our faculty, and just created to train workers television is creative specialties. I would not like to suspect evil designs here.
With opinion that is not in its engineering component (such as training specialists GEF “Television” approved course, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation does not imply) the creation of television programs is a matter of creativity, perhaps anyone argue. Moreover, taking into account the specifics of our faculty have taught and following undeniably creative disciplines: Fundamentals of photography, directing, editing Basics, Creative telelaboratoriya.
From this list, it is clear that not one, not two, but 25 disciplines included in the mandatory part of the curriculum HST MSU, are creative, not only in my opinion, but also the opinion of the Ministry of Education and science, but together these disciplines training direction “Television” is not. But this can not be either in the laws of logic or common sense.
However, we have, without any consultation with us, suddenly, unexpectedly taken the right of creative competition. But then you have to select it right and at least a dozen areas of training in cinema and theater universities, faculties of journalism, which I told them, of course, do not want.
to this problem there is another, perhaps with insignificant ministerial heights aspect, but an important one for us. Moreover, being a matter of honor.
Five years on our faculty, as well as on all other work paid training courses. Naturally, all these years we were preparing future students enrolled in courses for the creative competition. The same is done in the current academic year.
And now we will have to declare future entrants and their parents, who paid for this training that they studied a semester in vain, and their money wasted.
What
me, Dean, to tell them?
While I was forced to cancel scheduled for February 9 this year and has already announced a traditional open house HST MSU. And move it to a later date. But when that period, I would have to say to them? What I like Dean and HST MSU in general they have been deceived? Took the money for the preparation for the exam, which will not?
Dear Dmitry Viktorovich! I ask you to take the only possible and the only right in this situation, and indeed the solution – return direction “Television” auditioning. Making mistakes is not only foolish, but only wise men correct them, said Lao Tzu. Wise correct the error, and the fool will pass by without even noticing it, Socrates argued. Other useful error that certainly find a person who will fix it, Montaigne wrote. I am sure that in this case the correction of an error not only shake, but on the contrary – would strengthen the authority of the Ministry, headed by you.
