Rospotrebnadzor initiated check the outlet. It turned out that the seller has no documents proving that the goods have passed to the buyer, was of good quality. Agency staff found other violations: in the documents provided to the TV was missing information legislation, violations had been framed shipping documentation. As a result, with respect to the store initiated administrative proceedings and sought a fine of 240 thousand rubles.
Representatives of the store tried to appeal against the judgment of management, but the court found the decision lawful.
