Former chief editor of RBC-TV went on the "public television" - Proceedings

Anna Uvarov, at the end of 2012 has left the post of chief editor of RBC TV, has joined the team, “Russian Public Television.” As told to “Izvestia”, the press service of the OTP, Uvarov took over as editor-in-chief of ether service management information broadcasting and will be responsible for news releases.

«Russian Public TV” will broadcast May 19, 2013. The broadcast network is constructed of two alternating 12-hour blocks. On air the new channel will feature films, infotainment and news programs, and news releases.

Anna Uvarov led RBC since 2009. During her leadership the average daily audience of the channel increased, and increased average duration of viewing. In 2009, the audience watched the RBC-TV, an average of 12.7 minutes daily, in 2012 – 14.1 min (data «TNS Russia»).
