On Sunday, May 19 began broadcasting public television. Watch live online broadcast channel, which, thus, is free and available to all viewers of cable, satellite and IP-TV in Russia. CEO of OTP Anatoly Lysenko said that the judge of the channel on the first day of work is not worth it. He is currently working in the test, the presentation format. Full work OTP will begin in September of this year. The decree on the establishment of a Russian Public Television was signed by prime minister Dmitry Medvedev in April 2012. The goal of creating a new federal channel – the development of civil society in Russia, education, and education and promotion of human values.
