Vladivostok, May 9, PrimaMedia. Russian Public Television Broadcasting will begin May 19. The channel will be available for viewing via all operators of cable, satellite and IP-TV, as well as on the Internet, RIA PrimaMedia in the press service of the OTP.

According to the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 24.06.2009, ? 715 “On mandatory nationwide public

television and radio channels,” Russian Public TV is included in the list of mandatory public television stations nationwide. In accordance with the Federal Law “On Communications”, broadcast OTP is free of any additional charge to subscribers for the reception and broadcast television.

Approximate coverage of the channel audience reach at least 90 million people. Broadcast will be around the clock. On the OTP will be no advertising or entertainment content.
