Investigative Task Force on chuguyevsky district police department visited one of the houses on the pavement in an alley where the crime occurred. Guardians of the Law found that the thief entered the room, tore off the front door padlock. Penetrating into a private house, he took away from his television. As explained in the press service of the Interior Ministry on the littoral, the damage caused to the victim, was 8 thousand rubles.
During the operative-search activities policemen detained a 30-year resident of the village Chuguevka – a neighbor of the victim. At the police station the man confessed, explaining that he had stolen a TV to sell and dispose of the money at its discretion.
Against the defendant in a criminal case a preventive measure – detention. The fact whether he had trouble with the law before, was not specified. Sanction of the Criminal Code, for which he will be responsible before the court, punishable by imprisonment of up to six years.
