Woman prosecuted
Gusinoozerskaya district prosecutor’s office to press charges in a criminal case in relation to 25-year-old Evgeniya Denisova.
– it found that in enforcement proceedings to recover from the Denisova amount for utilities, bailiff – executor of the arrest was made on the TV. Denisov was appointed custodian of seized property. At the same time she was writing warned that television is forbidden to transfer to other persons and on criminal liability for embezzlement, alienation, concealment or illegal transfer of seized assets – said the prosecutor’s office.
Despite the warning, Denisova yet I sold the TV. At the same time, money spent on your own, and no measures to repay the debt are not taken.
– The court found Denisov guilty to Part 1 of Art. 312 of the Criminal Code – the alienation of property, arrested and sentenced her to a fine (10 thousand rubles). At present, the verdict has not entered into force, and may be appealed, – the supervisory authority.
