On the eve of the duty of the Inter-municipal department of the Russian Interior Ministry “Tobol” operatives of the Criminal Investigation Department brought the suspect in the theft. A man stole a TV from a friend’s apartment on November 13, said the owner of missing to the police.
At the scene police interviewed witnesses to the crime. Witnesses explained that they saw a young man entered the apartment to the balcony located on the second floor of a multistory building with a wooden plank, and the stolen property pulled down the sheets. As described by neighbors was made up orientation by which man suspected of theft, was detained.
The decoy, fully admitted his guilt and said that, while at the other at a party, noticed the TV. On the day of the theft he urgently needed money, and he decided to kidnap the vending machines. First, he called the victim and found that the owner was not at home. Stolen property is sold, and the money spent on alcoholic beverages.
