Moscow, December 15 – AIF Moscow. The Russian government has prepared amendments to the federal program for the development of broadcasting, according to which by 2015 digital TV will be available in the country for 98.3% of the population.
Draft decree published on the government website. The document states that the decisions will maximize efficient use of budgetary funds to provide citizens with Russian digital broadcasting.
Budget federal target program “Development of digital broadcasting in 2009-2015″ is 127 billion rubles.
