Recently at a meeting of the Council of Rectors of universities presented Voronezh Russia’s first student television. The project has developed a small investment company “Start”, which was created on the basis of HRT in November this year.

Rector Dmitry MAD Endovickii noted that now are becoming increasingly popular Internet courses. Therefore, the student will be television and educational part of student life and the block, broadcast lectures by renowned scientists, including in foreign languages.

Rector offered and other universities to participate in the development of content and the channel’s policy. It is planned that in the future, and universities from other cities will be able to join the television.

– We have a unique competitive advantage: a large number of students – about 140 thousand people. This year, the third received came to us from 74 subjects of the Russian Federation – said Dmitry Endovickii. – The project of Internet TV activates the centripetal forces in the macro-region Chernozemye for educational migration flows in Russia and abroad.
